Welcome to the Early Childhood Iowa - Des Moines/Louisa Counties Website serving the families of Des Moines and Louisa Counties.
The purpose of the Early Childhood Area Board is to help provide parents and community agencies with easy access and affordable services for children ages 0-5 and their families.
In doing this, our goal is to have Healthy Children, Children Ready to Succeed in School, Safe and Supportive Communities, Secure and Nurturing Families, and Secure and Nurturing Child Care Environments. We do this “Because We Care”.
